It's a little bit late so I don't want to start production tonight, but I did find a good Youtube video for coptic stitching.

Originally I wanted to not stitch the cover too, but I can't remember how to do that with the pattern that I want. Coptic stitching really isn't that hard or uncommon, but instead of biding my time until I find the perfect solution, I figure I should just bind something and make it more sophisticated as I gain experience. After all, paper is cheap.
